Rose Boscaino, MSN-Ed, APRN, FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC

Rose Boscaino, MSN-Ed, APRN, FNP-BC, PMHNP-BC, is an advanced practice registered nurse with dual certification as a family nurse practitioner and psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner. She provides compassionate primary care to patients ages 2 and up and performs annual wellness exams, manages chronic conditions and cares for men’s and women’s health. Rose was drawn to a career as a health care provider because she has a deep desire to serve others with compassion, skill and integrity, especially during their most vulnerable moments. She values the opportunity to combine science, critical thinking and human connection to improve lives. She strives to be a provider who truly listens, cares deeply and treats her patients as whole people — not just diagnoses. Her practice is built on compassion, evidence-based care and partnership, with a focus on helping patients feel empowered, supported and confident in their health decisions. Rose received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Phoenix and a Master of Science in Nursing, with a focus on Nursing Education, from Western Governors University in Salt Lake City. She’s dual-certified as a family nurse practitioner and a psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner. She holds various certifications, including Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
