Rachel Tucker, APRN

Rachel Tucker, APRN, is an advanced practice registered nurse who provides compassionate primary care to patients 12 and up. She performs annual wellness exams, manages chronic conditions and cares for men's and women's health. Rachel felt called to family medicine because it allows her to combine her love for scientific problem-solving with meaningful human connection. She is passionate about whole-person care. She aims to look beyond symptoms, investigating root causes and piecing together a comprehensive plan that helps a patient return to their best self. She believes that prevention and education are the cornerstones of good health. She's committed to taking the time to explain the why behind treatment plans, ensuring patients feel confident and informed. She strives to create a space where cultural differences are honored and where collaborative care solves medical challenges through a lens of compassion, clarity and evidence-based preventive care. Rachel received both her Master of Science in Nursing - Family Nurse Practitioner and Bachelor of Science in Nursing degrees from Husson University in Bangor, Maine. She holds multiple certifications, including Basic Life Support.
