Biography: Rachel Hart, APRN, is a board-certified advanced practice registered nurse who cares for patients ages 5 and older. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, from the University of Central Florida, where she also completed a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Before that, Rachel earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Stetson University. Since 2012, Rachel has cared for patients in primary care and extended-hours settings, including Florida Health Care Plans PCP Lake Mary, Florida Health Care Plans Extended Hours Care Clinic, Halifax Medical Center PCP and Atlantic Family Medicine. Earlier, she worked as a medical laboratory technologist at St. Vincent's Medical Center.
Personal Interests: Outside of work, Rachel enjoys time with friends and family, cooking, traveling and fishing.
Care Philosophy: Rachel treats the whole person, body, mind and spirit, with compassion and an emphasis on preventive care.
