Noora Baig, LMHC

Noora Baig, LMHC, is a licensed mental health counselor with extensive experience in clinical mental health care. She earned her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from West Virginia University. Noora has advanced training in crisis intervention, risk assessment and evidence-based therapeutic methods, including cognitive behavioral therapy. Her clinical specialties include treating anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders and adjustment to illness. She has worked in both hospital and community settings, providing individual therapy, crisis response and care coordination. Outside of her professional work, Noora is passionate about supporting youth and families and is committed to promoting mental wellness through compassionate, collaborative care.
