Biography

Natalie Allan, DNP, APRN, PNP-PC, is a boardcertified pediatric nurse practitioner who earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice and Master of Science in Nursing with a pediatric specialty from the University of South Florida in Tampa. She brings considerable experience in pediatric hematology and oncology, having previously served at AdventHealth for Children as a pediatric oncology nurse. Natalie’s clinical interests include pediatric acute leukemia, bleeding disorder management, and other non-malignant hematologic disorders. She was nominated for the APP Excellence Award and APP of the Year in 2024 and feels blessed to be a part of every patient’s and family’s journey.

As a pediatric hematology/oncology nurse practitioner, I strive to guide children and families through their most difficult seasons with compassion, partnership, and hope. I believe in providing expert, evidence-based care while honoring each family’s unique values and emotional needs. My goal is to create trust through clear communication and steady support, ensuring families never feel alone in their journey. Ultimately, I believe in walking alongside families with grace and strength, helping them find light, courage, and meaning even in the hardest days.
