Melissa Keslar, DO, is a fellowship trained urogynecologist who specializes in diagnosing and treating pelvic floor disorders in women ages 18 and older. She is board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and is dedicated to helping women improve their quality of life through personalized, evidence-based care. Dr. Keslar was drawn to urogynecology because it allows her to help women regain confidence, comfort and independence by treating conditions that can significantly a ffect daily life. She is passionate about educating women about their health and treatment options so they can make informed decisions and play an active role in their care. Her goal is to create an environment where every patient feels heard, respected and supported throughout their health journey. With specialized training in the evaluation and management of pelvic floor disorders, Dr. Keslar treats women across every stage of life, from urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse following childbirth to the genitourinary changes of menopause, o ffering the same evidence-based, personalized approach at every step. She provides comprehensive care for urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, recurrent urinary tract infections, bladder pain syndrome and other complex pelvic floor conditions. She off ers both conservative and surgical treatment options and works closely with each patient to develop a treatment plan that aligns with their goals, lifestyle and overall well-being.
