Kelcey Noel, PA-C

Kelcey Noel, PA-C, is a certified physician assistant caring for patients 18 and older. As part of her practice, she provides wellness exams, care for men’s and women’s health and treatment for acute and chronic illnesses. She speaks English and Haitian Creole. Kelcey felt called to family medicine because it allows her to meet people exactly where they are and to care for their whole person in body, mind and spirit. She grew up in diverse communities and experienced a range of cultures, learning early on that people’s stories, cultures and access to care vary widely, yet understood that everyone deserves to be heard and supported. Family medicine gives her the privilege of building long-term relationships, creating a safe and welcoming space for all patients, and advocating for those whose voices are often overlooked. She is passionate about delivering compassionate, culturally responsive care that empowers individuals and families to take charge of their health and feel truly seen in the process. She strives to create a space where everyone feels respected, heard and understood. She believes that health care works best when patient and provider work together. She’s committed to involving each person in their own care, ensuring they understand their options and feel empowered to make decisions that align with their lives and values. Kelcey earned a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from AdventHealth University in Orlando. She’s a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She holds various licenses, including Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support, Basic Life Support and Pediatric Advanced Life Support.
