Kathleen (Katie) Johnson, APRN

Kathleen Johnson, APRN, is a highly experienced adult-gerontology acute care nurse practitioner with more than 15 years of experience caring for patients with acute and chronic illnesses. Kathleen began her advanced practice career at Northwestern Memorial Hospital, where she managed complex ICU patients and performed advanced procedures. Her background also includes extensive experience as a registered nurse in critical care, where she developed a strong foundation in patient advocacy, interdisciplinary collaboration and family-centered communication. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Illinois at Chicago and holds certifications as an Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner and Critical Care Registered Nurse.

Kathleen Johnson, APRN, is dedicated to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care that supports both the physical and emotional needs of her patients. She believes in building strong, trusting relationships and takes time to listen, educate and empower patients to be active participants in their care.
