Justine Fager-Bennett, MSN, AGACNP-BC

Justine is a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with nearly 30 years of nursing experience, including advanced practice roles in the ICU setting , Trauma and Oncology. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Dominican College of Blauvelt and went on to complete her Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Florida.

Outside of her professional life, Justine enjoys spending time with her husband and their two sons. In a house full of boys, much of her free time revolves around sports. She is a proud supporter of the U.S. Naval Academy, where her oldest son graduated in 2023, and UCF Baseball, where her younger son played collegiately before graduating in 2024.

Her approach to care centers on treating the whole-patient, not just the diagnosis. She places strong emphasis on prevention, early symptom recognition, and proactive management to help patients navigate treatment as smoothly as possible. In her work with radiation oncology patients, she focuses on anticipating potential side effects, addressing concerns early, and implementing timely interventions so patients can complete their treatment with the greatest possible comfort and safety. She values clear communication, patient education, and collaborative decision-making, ensuring each patient feels supported throughout their care journey.
