Joseph Polcaro, DO, FACOG

Joseph Polcaro, DO, FACOG, is a board-certified obstetrics and gynecology physician specializing in maternal–fetal medicine, providing compassionate, expert care for patients ages 13 and older. Dr. Polcaro felt called to medicine out of a deep desire to help others stay healthy and manage complex conditions — inspired by his lifelong fascination with science and the human body. He earned his medical degree from the University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kansas City, Missouri. He completed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Seton Hall University School of Graduate Medical Education, St. Michael’s Medical Center in Newark, New Jersey, followed by fellowship training in maternal–fetal medicine at Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology and Women’s Health in Bronx, New York. He is board-certified in maternal–fetal medicine by both the American Osteopathic Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

In his free time, Dr. Polcaro enjoys traveling and spending quality time with his family. He is an avid hockey and football enthusiast and loves cooking and barbecuing.
