John Tillett, MD

John Tillett, MD is a board-certified urologist and serves as Medical Director of Urology for AdventHealth Rocky Mountain Region. He specializes in men's health and the diagnosis and treatment of hypogonadism, erectile dysfunction, non-muscle invasive bladder cancer, chronic scrotal and testicular pain disorders, neurogenic bladder, and other urologic conditions. His clinical expertise includes penile prosthesis surgery and advanced surgical management of kidney stones, enlarged prostate, and bladder cancer. In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Tillett serves as principal investigator for multiple bladder cancer clinical trials through the AdventHealth Research Institute, helping advance innovative treatment options for patients across the Rocky Mountain Region. Dr. Tillett earned his Doctor of Medicine from Emory University School of Medicine, where he was awarded the Joseph B. Whitehead Surgery Scholarship. He received his Bachelor of Science degree, magna cum laude, from Vanderbilt University. He completed his urology residency at Emory University and served as Chief Resident, earning both the Department of Urology Award for Outstanding Academic Achievement and the Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgeons Resident Achievement Award. A recognized leader in the field of urology, Dr. Tillett is the immediate past president of the Rocky Mountain Urologic Society and serves as the Colorado Representative to the South Central Section of the American Urological Association. He remains actively involved in advancing urologic care, research and physician leadership through his work with regional and national professional organizations.

Dr. Tillett makes sure to have time for family. He enjoys a good game of tennis, participating in fitness activities, and traveling.

Dr. Tillett works with his patients to improve their quality of life, especially with problems that are personal and can be difficult to talk about.
