Jenny Nickless, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, CNL

Jenny Nickless, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, CNL, is an advanced practice registered nurse who provides compassionate primary care to patients of all ages. She performs annual wellness exams, manages chronic conditions and provides care for acute illnesses. Jenny was drawn to a career in family medicine because she loves caring for children and families across all stages of life. With more than 15 years as a pediatric nurse, and as a parent of four, she knows how overwhelming it can feel to sit on the other side of the exam room and how much it matters to have a provider who listens, explains and truly cares. Family medicine allows her to care for the whole family, including parents, siblings and caregivers. Jenny’s practice is built around relationships, continuity and thoughtful care based on best practice and evidence-based research. Her goal is to create relationships where families can receive care for everyone in one place, without feeling rushed or overlooked. She believes health care works best when patients feel heard, respected and involved in their care. Jenny earned a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree with a focus on Family Nurse Practitioner studies from Palm Beach Atlantic University in Orlando. She also holds a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a Bachelor of Science in Health Science from Lee University in Cleveland, Tennessee. She’s certified in Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Pediatric Advanced Life Support.

In her free time, Jenny runs marathons, enjoys working out and staying active, spending time with her family and serving her church and community
