Haley Lowell, MD

Dr. Haley Lowell is a Family Medicine and Obstetrics provider offering comprehensive care for individuals and families, with a special focus on women’s health and maternity care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Life Science/Gerontology from Kansas State University and received her medical degree from University of Kansas Medical Center. Dr. Lowell completed her residency at Wesley Family Medicine with Wichita Center for Graduate Medical Education. She brings a deep commitment to whole-person care, supporting patients through every stage of life, including pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum and newborn care. Dr. Lowell currently provides outpatient services at AdventHealth Ottawa Health Park and AdventHealth Wellsville Health Park, and plays a key role in the revitalization of OB services at AdventHealth Ottawa.
