Grace Cullen, APRN

Grace Cullen, MSN, FNP-C, is an advanced practice registered nurse who provides compassionate primary care to patients 12 and up. She performs annual wellness exams, manages chronic conditions and cares for men’s and women’s health. Grace was drawn to primary care as it allows her to establish long-term relationships with her patients. She practices preventive medicine that can help reduce sick visits and improve community health. She strives to blend lifestyle changes with medical interventions to create lasting results. She advocates for her patients, whether that means getting them the medications they need, referring them to the appropriate specialist or assisting with their social needs. Grace received a Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Florida. She’s certified in Basic Life Support.

In her free time, Grace enjoys painting and spending time with family. She also prioritizes physical health and likes to walk, practice Pilates and lift weights.

Grace works collaboratively with you and a multidisciplinary team to accomplish the desired treatment goals with care and compassion.
