Elizabeth Wynn, LPC

Elizabeth Wynn, LPC, is passionate about providing collaborative, whole-person mental healthcare that recognizes the unique connection between emotional well-being and women's health. Her commitment to this work is rooted in both professional experience and personal insight into the challenges of fragmented care. She believes that life transitions such as pregnancy, the postpartum period, perimenopause, and menopause deserve an integrated approach that supports every aspect of a person's mental health. Elizabeth specializes in the treatment of perinatal and postpartum mood disorders, trauma and PTSD, depression, anxiety, and women's mental health across the lifespan. She also has expertise in addressing the emotional and psychological impacts of pregnancy, perimenopause, and menopause.

Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys studying neuropsychology, learning new things, reading, baking, birding, gardening, and spending time with her spouse and child.

Elizabeth takes a person-centered, holistic approach to therapy, partnering with each client to create an individualized treatment plan that reflects their unique experiences, goals, and strengths. She specializes in supporting clients through identity shifts, attachment wounds, single-incident and complex trauma, and the mental health challenges that can accompany major women's health milestones. She is committed to creating a compassionate, collaborative environment where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout their healing journey.
