Elena Chamorro-Cagwin, APRN

Elena Chamorro-Cagwin, APRN, is an advanced practice registered nurse who cares for patients of all ages. She earned a Master of Science in Nursing and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University in Addison, Illinois, and has six years of primary care and family practice experience. Most recently, Elena cared for patients at Family Express Urgent Care and All Pediatric Care in Lutz, Florida, after roles with Wiregrass Direct Primary Care in Wesley Chapel, Florida and Abrakidabra Pediatrics in Spring Hill, Florida. She focuses on individualized care that considers each patient’s mental, emotional, physical and spiritual well-being.

Outside of work, Elena enjoys reading, fitness, hiking, art, travel and time with her family.

Elena believes primary care works best when patients feel heard, understood and cared for as whole people. She takes each patient’s lifestyle, background and goals into account, blending traditional and holistic options to support mental, emotional, physical and spiritual well-being.
