Duc Nguyen, MD

Duc Nguyen, MD, is a board-certified cardiologist who earned his medical degree from Upstate Medical University, State University of New York in Syracuse, NY. Dr. Nguyen holds a PhD from George Washington University in Washington, DC. He completed his internal medicine residency at Northwell/Hofstra University in Manhasset, NY. He recently finished a fellowship in cardiovascular disease at the Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, FL, which he started in 2022 and where he served as the chief cardiology fellow. Early in his career, Dr. Nguyen was a volunteer researcher at the Li-Fan Lu Lab at the University of California, San Diego, and as a clinical data coordinator at Balboa Nephrology Medical Group in San Diego, CA. He also held various teaching positions at George Washington University. Dr. Nguyen is the author of numerous published works in peer-reviewed medical journals and has given many presentations of his research work at events throughout the United States.
