She completed a residency in internal medicine at Aventura Hospital and Medical Center in Aventura, Florida, and a fellowship in endocrinology from the University of Central Florida College of Medicine in Orlando, FL. Dr. John is the author of numerous peer-reviewed publications and presentations and won the 2021 Florida American College of Physician Women in Medicine Spotlight Award. She speaks English and Haitian Creole.
