Courtney Greenup, FNP-C

Courtney Greenup, NP, is a primary care provider who cares for patients with a wide range of preventive, acute and chronic health needs. She treats conditions including hypertension, high cholesterol, coronary artery disease, diabetes, thyroid disorders, asthma, COPD, arthritis, osteoporosis, chronic pain, mental health concerns and common illnesses such as colds, flu, bronchitis, pneumonia and sinus infections. She also provides care for skin concerns, minor injuries, contraception, pregnancy testing, routine well visits and vaccinations. Courtney’s calling in medicine began when she was young, helping care for her grandmother, who experienced multiple strokes and dementia. That experience showed her the difference a provider who listens carefully and takes concerns seriously can make in a patient’s life. She values the powerful relationship between patients, families and providers, and she is committed to making a lasting, positive difference through compassionate care. Courtney earned her undergraduate degree and her master’s degree in nursing administration from California State University, Fullerton. She completed a post-master’s degree at California State University, Long Beach to become a family nurse practitioner.

In her free time, Courtney enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters and dogs, exploring the outdoors, cooking, gardening and following sports.

Courtney believes that she and her patients are a team working together toward shared health goals. She strives to create visits where patients feel heard, supported and taken seriously. Her approach is centered on treating the whole person and tailoring care to each individual’s needs, strengths and goals.
