Connor Lore, PA-C

Connor Lore, PA-C, is a primary care physician assistant providing whole-person care to patients aged 5 and up at AdventHealth Primary Care Palm Harbor. He values the role of primary care in preserving broad medical knowledge and believes this setting allows providers to make a meaningful, lasting impact on patients’ lives through continuity of care. Connor emphasizes the importance of addressing more than symptoms alone. He believes many health concerns can be improved through diet, exercise and lifestyle modification and recognizes the value of incorporating spiritual well-being when supporting healing. He enjoys building long-term professional relationships with patients and partnering with them to support overall health.

Outside of medicine, Connor enjoys lifting weights, hiking, spending time with family, riding his motorcycle and fishing.
