Christy Chong, APRN, FNP-BC

Christy Chong, APRN, FNP-BC, is an advanced practice registered nurse who provides primary care to patients ages 5 and older. She performs annual wellness exams, provides chronic disease management and delivers comprehensive men’s and women’s health care. Christy was drawn to a career in family medicine as a way to help others improve their whole health physically, emotionally and spiritually. She is committed to working with her patients to meet their health goals. Christy earned a Master of Science in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner focus from Indiana State University in Terre Haute. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Phoenix and an Associate of Science in Nursing from Daytona State College. She has multiple certifications, including Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support. She’s certified as a family nurse practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and is licensed by the Florida Board of Nursing.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, being outside, whether it’s hiking, fishing or being at the beach, and being involved in her local education system.

Christy believes in providing patient-centered, whole-person care to help her patients achieve the highest possible quality of life.
