Candice Paff, APRN, is an advanced practice registered nurse who provides whole-person primary care to patients 17 and up. She performs annual wellness exams, manages chronic conditions and cares for men’s and women’s health. With more than 15 years of nursing experience, including in specialties like neurology, trauma and intensive care, Candice is well-versed in providing quality care with compassion and respect. She’s committed to working collaboratively with patients, providing education on their health care rights. Candice received a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Family Nurse Practitioner studies and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University in Downers Grove, Illinois.
