Brooke Schaefer, APRN, FNP-BC

Brooke Schaefer, APRN, FNP-BC, is an advanced practice registered nurse who cares for patients ages 12 and older. As part of her practice, she performs annual wellness exams, provides care for acute and chronic illnesses and offers flu shots and immunizations. Brooke was drawn to family medicine because it allows her to build long-term relationships and focus on preventive care across all stages of life. She is committed to helping patients identify risks early and take proactive steps to protect their health. She’s passionate about education, prevention and partnering with patients to support lasting wellness. She is collaborative and practical, and incorporates lifestyle modifications into evidence-based care to create personalized plans that fit real life and promote long-term wellness. Brooke earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Tennessee Tech University in Cookeville, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Bachelor of Science in Health Science from the University of South Florida in Tampa. She is licensed in Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support, and is certified as a family nurse practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
