Brooke Holcomb, APRN, FNP-C

Brooke Holcomb, APRN, FNP-C, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who provides family medicine and primary care services, including annual wellness exams, preventive health screenings, chronic disease management, sick visits, women’s health services, immunizations, medication management, minor wound care, suture removal, care coordination and lifestyle education. Brooke brings six years of experience as a critical care and rapid-response nurse. Her background in neurological conditions, internal medicine and critical care helps her recognize complex needs early, communicate clearly and coordinate timely care. Brooke completed the Family Nurse Practitioner program at Chamberlain University. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and an Associate Degree in Nursing from Daytona State College in Daytona Beach, Florida. Before joining AdventHealth Primary Care+, Brooke cared for patients at AdventHealth Daytona Beach as a critical care registered nurse. Before that, Brooke worked as a travel registered nurse with Cross Country Nurses. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with her husband, friends and family, experiencing new places and cultures and trying new restaurants in the local area.
