Beverly Lewis, APRN, FNP-BC

Beverly Lewis, APRN, FNP-BC is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who provides primary care to patients ages 5 and older. She manages acute and chronic conditions, performs annual wellness exams and Medicare wellness visits, provides preventive care and supports men's and women's health needs. Beverly brings her years of nursing experience that spans primary care, rehabilitation, home health, community health and long-term care to AdventHealth Primary Care+. Her work has included sick visits, diagnostic testing, chronic disease management, preoperative visits, geriatric care coordination and routine screenings such as mammograms and DEXA scans. Patients can expect care that is direct, respectful and rooted in education, with attention to both immediate concerns and long-term health. Beverly earned a Master of Science in Nursing with a family nurse practitioner concentration from Regis College in Weston, Massachusetts, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Salem State University in Salem, Massachusetts. She also completed an Associate in Science and a Practical Nursing Certificate at MassBay Community College in Wellesley, Massachusetts.

In her free time, Beverly enjoys reading, singing, writing songs and learning Spanish.
