Bertine Laurent, APRN, FNP-BC

Bertine Jean-Laurent, APRN, FNP-BC, is a family nurse practitioner providing whole-person primary care to patients aged 5 and up. She cares for men’s and women’s health, manages acute and chronic conditions, performs annual physicals, sick and well visits, flu shots, immunizations, and provides medication management, mental health support, nutritional counseling and preventive care. Committed to making a meaningful impact in the lives of her patients, Bertine combines clinical excellence with compassionate care. Bertine brings a wealth of experience practicing medicine in hospitals, clinics, intensive care, pediatric and psychiatric support units. She values the relationships she builds with each patient, fostering trust by helping them feel heard, truly understanding their concerns, educating them on their conditions and care options and developing individual, evidence-based, whole-health treatment plans. Her goal is to empower patients with knowledge and guidance so they can take control of their health. Fluent in English and Creole, Bertine is able to support a diverse patient population. She earned her Master of Science in Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Liberty University, a Master of Science in Nursing from South University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grand Canyon University.

In her free time, she enjoys quality time with her family and activities that support her personal growth and overall well-being.
