Avery Chadwell, PA-C

Avery Chadwell, PA-C, is a certified physician assistant who provides compassionate primary care to patients 12 and up. She performs annual wellness exams, manages chronic conditions and cares for men’s and women’s health. Driven by her faith, Avery feels a deep sense of responsibility to serve others, and family medicine allows her to walk beside her patients at every age and stage of life. She strives to deliver collaborative care, partnering with her patients and fellow providers to ensure every person is truly seen and supported. She’s committed to providing compassionate, personalized care every day. Avery earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree from Barry University and her Bachelor of Science in Health Science from the University of South Florida. She’s certified in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support and Basic Life Support.

In her free time, Avery enjoys walking with friends and her dog, traveling with her husband, attending concerts and trying new things.
