Arpit Shah, MD, is a board-certified interventional and cardiovascular disease specialist with over ten years of clinical experience. Dr. Shah earned his MBBS from Smt. N.H.L. Municipal Medical College in Ahmedabad, India. He completed an internal medicine residency at St. Luke's Roosevelt Hospital Center in New York, followed by a cardiology fellowship and chief cardiology fellowship at Mount Sinai St. Luke's - Mount Sinai West. Dr. Shah also completed an interventional cardiology fellowship at Mount Sinai St. Luke's Hospital and a structural heart disease fellowship at Hackensack University Medical Center. Before joining AdventHealth, Dr. Shah served as a structural and interventional cardiologist at Prairie Cardiovascular in Illinois and previously as the medical director of the structural heart program at Winter Haven Hospital in Florida. He speaks English, Gujarati and Hindi and has authored peer-reviewed articles, book chapters and conference presentations in structural and interventional cardiology.
