Arleen Velez, APRN, FNP-C

Arleen Velez, APRN, FNP-C, is an advanced practice registered nurse and certified family nurse practitioner caring for adults 18 and older. As part of her practice, she provides wellness exams, care for men’s and women’s health and treatment for acute and chronic illnesses. Arleen speaks English and Spanish. Arleen believes that education is the greatest tool for tailoring wellness, and she is committed to whole-person care in body, mind and spirit. She dedicates herself to listening to her patients’ concerns and earning their trust. Arleen earned her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner degree from South University and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of South Florida in Tampa. She holds various certifications, including Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support. She belongs to several professional organizations, such as the American Association of College of Nursing and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
