Anna De La Cruz, APRN, FNP-C

Anna De La Cruz, APRN, FNP-C, is a certified family nurse practitioner who provides primary care to patients ages 5 and up. She performs annual wellness exams, provides chronic disease management and delivers comprehensive men’s and women’s health care. She is bilingual, speaking English and Tagalog. Anna felt called to medicine because she has always been drawn to caring for people in a way that is both practical and deeply human. Her early medical training and service, including caring for patients in community settings, reinforced the impact that compassion, education and access to quality care can have. She became a family nurse practitioner because it aligned with her desire to care for individuals and families across the lifespan, as well as her commitment to preventive care and building long-term patient-provider relationships. Anna received a Master of Science in Nursing - Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Herzing University. She also holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the Remedios T. Romualdez Medical Foundation in the Philippines. She holds multiple certifications, including Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Pediatric Advanced Life Support.

In her free time, Anna enjoys listening to music, watching movies, baking and traveling to explore new places and experience different cultures.
