Biography

Angela Mitra Perez, MSN, PPCNP-BC, is a board-certified pediatric primary care nurse practitioner. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing degrees, with a focus on child health, at Florida International University in Miami. She graduated with highest honors and is a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. She received clinical training at two pediatric specialty practices before joining AdventHealth Medical Group’s pediatric nephrology practice in Orlando, and previously served as a registered nurse and assistant office manager for local medical providers. Before coming to the United States, she attended medical school in her home country of the Philippines and was a fully licensed medical doctor there. Angela is fluent in the English and Filipino (Tagalog) languages.
