Biography

Amanda Fletcher, MD, is a board-certified neurologist specializing in cognitive and neurodegenerative disorders. Dr. Fletcher earned her medical degree from Meharry Medical College in Nashville, TN and completed her neurology residency at St. Joseph’s Hospital/Dignity Health/Barrow Neurological Institute in Phoenix, AZ. She completed a Behavioral Neurology and Neuropsychiatry fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health in Las Vegas, NV. Before joining AdventHealth, she served as a cognitive neurologist and clinical leader at Synapticure and practiced at Wake Forest Health Network in Winston-Salem, NC, while also contributing to clinical research and community outreach through ClinCloud Research. Dr. Fletcher is dedicated to advancing evidence-based dementia care and has contributed to national research, education, and multidisciplinary care initiatives that support patients and caregivers.
