Allison Nichol, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker with over 30 years of experience providing behavioral health care to pediatric and adult patients. She earned her Master of Social Work and a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Central Florida in Orlando. Before joining AdventHealth Medical Group, Allison provided therapy, crisis intervention and end-of-life support across hospital, hospice, outpatient and community-based settings. Her professional background includes hospice social work, suicide prevention program development, outpatient substance abuse treatment and juvenile detention counseling.
