Alice West-Goers, LCSW

Alice West-Goers, LCSW, is a clinical social worker who provides behavioral health care for children, adults and seniors. She supports patients experiencing anxiety, depression and PTSD. Alice feels called to behavioral health because she believes healing begins when people are given the space to reconnect with their authentic selves. She recognizes that life experiences, trauma, societal expectations and adversity can shape how people see themselves, and she believes therapy can help individuals rediscover who they are at their core. She is passionate about creating a compassionate, culturally responsive and trauma-informed environment where patients feel seen, heard and valued.

In her free time, Alice enjoys being outdoors, hiking, traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Alice's care philosophy is rooted in the belief that every person deserves to be seen, heard and treated with dignity. She strives to create a safe, welcoming and culturally responsive environment where patients feel empowered to share their experiences and actively participate in their care. Drawing from a trauma-informed and strengths-based perspective, she considers the connection between physical health, mental health, family systems, culture and life experiences. Her goal is to partner with patients to identify strengths, address barriers to wellness and support meaningful, lasting change.
