Ali Thomas, PA-C

Ali Thomas, PA-C, is a certified physician assistant who cares for patients ages 6+ at AdventHealth Primary Care Lake Mary. She provides family medicine services including acute and chronic disease management, annual physicals, flu shots and immunizations, men’s and women’s health, preventive care and sick and well visits. Ali has practiced for more than nine years and was called to medicine after her mother was diagnosed with cancer shortly after Ali graduated from high school. She considers it an honor to care for people during difficult moments and is passionate about serving the community where she is raising her children. In family medicine, she values the opportunity to care for the whole household and help patients make lifestyle choices that support their health goals. Ali earned a Master of Physician Assistant from Wichita State University, a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from Wichita State University and an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Seminole State College. Before joining AdventHealth, she worked as an interventional pain physician assistant with Advanced Interventional Pain Institute in Orlando, Florida, and as a physiatric physician assistant with Physiatric Fitness Consultants in Orlando, Florida.

Outside of work, Ali coaches youth sports, raises her three young children and enjoys traveling with her husband.
