The partnership between AdventHealth and Texas Health Resources brings together two faith-based health care organizations that each care deeply for our neighbors and residents. As partners, we’re committed to helping Burleson, Mansfield and the greater Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex grow healthier every year.

We assess our community’s health needs and implement benefit programs to meet those needs. As health care providers, we want our presence to bring wellness to those around us through initiatives that help others feel whole in body, mind and spirit.

Every three years, we conduct a community health needs assessment (CHNA) to learn the needs of our surrounding area. This assessment helps us develop a three-year plan to meet the needs of residents in our community.
