We’re thankful to partner with leading organizations to bring care and health to the area. Our investment in the community includes programs or activities that provide treatment or promote health and healing as a response to identified community needs. These programs increase access to health care and improve overall community health, and we work with a range of community partners to help meet these needs.

Community Health Needs Assessments and Plans

Every three years, we conduct a community health needs assessment (CHNA) to learn the needs of our surrounding area. This assessment helps us develop a three-year plan to meet the needs of residents in our community.
