  • 1/4 cup Reduced-sodium tamari soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Toasted sesame oil
  • 1-2 tablespoons Pure maple syrup or honey
  • tablespoons Rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Freshly grated ginger or 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • ¼ cups Water
  • Optional: ¼-1 teaspoons Crushed red pepper flakes or sriacha, plus for more taste

Preparation

1. Mix all ingredients together in a small mixing bowl until smooth and creamy. Add additional water, if needed, until desired consistency reached – the dressing should be thin enough to easily pour but not be too runny. Taste and adjust seasonings as desired.
