Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk or unsweetened plant-based milk of your choice
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 medium frozen banana
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • Optional: 1/2 cups Greek yogurt, Skyr, or plant-based yogurt of your choice
  • Optional: 1 tablespoons grated beet or beet powder
  • Optional: 2-3 tablespoons honey or pure maple syrup or 1-2 medjool dates

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy. Add more milk as needed until you reach your desired consistency.
