- On the left side of the page, you’ll see a section that allows you to filter your search results. Be sure to check “New Patient” under the “Appointment Type” category
- Then, scroll down to where it says “Availability”
- Check the box that says, “Offers Online Booking,” and you’ll see a list of providers in your location who you can book with online
- All that’s left is to click their name and navigate to the section on the right-hand side that says “Schedule a Visit,” and you’re ready to book your appointment
Scheduling a visit through our app is just as easy:
- Once logged in, click “Find Care” on the bottom panel of the app.

Benefits of Scheduling Care Online
Scheduling care online has become quite popular recently. Not only does it save time — other benefits include:
Automated Messaging Technology
When you schedule your appointments online, you’re typically asked to provide your email and phone number to send you appointment reminders via email or text, so you don’t have to worry about missing a visit. These automated systems will also notify you if new lab results are available or if your prescriptions are ready for pickup.
Avoid Being Placed on Hold
It’s never fun to be on hold. With online scheduling, you can skip the wait and book your appointments immediately.
Book Appointments Anywhere, Anytime
Most primary care clinics operate until 5 pm, which can make scheduling appointments a challenge. If you wake up stressed because you forgot to book your kids' doctor’s visit, we’ve got you covered — you can book anytime, day or night. Or maybe you’re in an environment that doesn’t allow you to make a phone call — that’s OK, you can still schedule your appointment online.
Improved Patient Experience
With online scheduling, you get to choose the details of your visit, allowing you to feel in control of your health so you can follow through with your care more smoothly.
Minimized Scheduling Errors
Sometimes, your appointments can be scheduled on the wrong day, whether the receptionist misheard you or you provided the wrong date. But with access to online scheduling, you can make necessary adjustments and choose the day and time that works best for you, reducing the risk of scheduling errors and missed appointments.
Helping You Get Care on Your Terms
Whether you’re booking through our app or website, online appointment scheduling has never been easier. With appointment scheduling at your fingertips, you can access the health care you deserve at any time. Visit us here to learn more about our video visits and find out if it’s right for your needs.
