This recipe makes a delicious, better-for-you frozen treat. Yogurt provides satisfying protein and gut-friendly probiotics, while berries add natural sweetness along with antioxidants that support heart and brain health. It comes together quickly — the hardest part is waiting 4 hours for it to freeze, but the cool, creamy reward is well worth it.

Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
Using a spatula, spread yogurt out onto the parchment paper into a thin, half-inch-thick layer to make a 10-by-14-inch rectangle. Scatter the berries on top, then sprinkle with chocolate chips.
