New Hire PTO Advance
At the end of your first pay period, you'll receive a 24‑hour advance of PTO to help with immediate or unexpected needs.
Because you receive PTO in advance, the amount credited each pay period during your first year is adjusted so your total annual PTO accrual remains the same.
