- Up to $10,500/year for graduate degrees
- Up to $3,000/year for non‑degree certificates

Through Guild, team members also have access to tools and programs that help reduce or manage student loan debt:
- Student Loan Optimization: Free for all benefits‑eligible team members
- Round Up Program: Helps reduce loan principal by rounding up spare change
- Student Loan Repayment Program: Provides employer repayment contributions for eligible team members, please click here to see if you are eligible.
Plus, you can schedule coaching sessions with a student loan advisor for personalized guidance.

AdventHealth University is a faith‑based university offering undergraduate, graduate and continuing education programs designed for working professionals. AHU provides both in‑person and online learning options.
- Tax Information

Educational assistance and student loan repayment benefits are tax-free up to the IRS annual limit each calendar year (currently $5,250).
If your combined educational assistance and student loan repayment benefits exceed the annual IRS limit, the amount above the limit is considered taxable income and will be included in your pay and reported on your Form W-2.
If applicable, grants and scholarships are applied to eligible tuition and fees before employer funding is calculated.
