Your Safety Net When Life Happens
Life can be unpredictable — but your financial security doesn’t have to be. Short-term and long-term disability coverage helps replace part of your income if you’re unable to work due to illness or injury. It’s an affordable way to protect your savings and keep peace of mind for you and your family.
Understand Your Disability Coverage
- Short-Term Disability
-
Available to all full-time and part-time team members — because everyone deserves a safety net when life takes an unexpected turn. Eligible team members are automatically enrolled in Short-Term Disability (STD) coverage. If you do not want this coverage, you must waive it during your New Hire enrollment.
- Long-Term Disability
-
Available to full-time team members only. You’ll need to be actively at work when coverage begins, so you’re protected when you need it most.
Note: Some roles — like executives, physicians and APPs — have different coverage options.
- What’s Included with Your Coverage?

Your voluntary disability insurance comes with more than financial protection — it includes resources to support your health, your work and your life, starting on day one.
