What to Know About the DMO Plan
Choosing the DMO Plan means you'll select a primary care dentist who coordinates your dental care — making it simple, convenient and easy to manage for you and your family.
Here are a few important things to keep in mind:
- You and your covered family members will need to see a network provider in the state where you live.
- Coverage is currently available only in certain states.
- If a spouse or child lives outside your state, they won’t be covered under the DMO plan in that location.
- Need to change your primary care dentist? Changes requested by the 15th of the month become effective on the first day of the following month.
This plan is a great option if you want coordinated care and predictable costs — just be sure it works for where you and your family live.
