Child/Eldercare Flexible Spending Account

Save More While Caring for Loved Ones

A Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (DCFSA) makes it easier to plan for the care your family needs. Set aside money from your paycheck before taxes to cover expenses for children under 13 or dependent adults who need assistance. It’s simple, automatic and helps you keep more of your income.

Features include:

  • Easy enrollment
  • For 2026, contribute up to $7,500 per household per year (or $3,750 if married filing separately)
  • Pre-tax payroll deductions mean more savings for you
  • Access funds as soon as they’re added to your account

Good to Know: If you're considered a Highly Compensated Employee (HCE) under IRS rules, your maximum contribution may be lower. If applicable, you'll be notified of your allowable contribution limit.

  • Pay for a wide range of expenses

Use your DCFSA to cover the cost of care for your loved ones — like daycare, nursery school, preschool, after-school programs and even senior day care.

  • Save with every contribution

Every dollar you put into a DCFSA lowers your taxable income — helping you keep more of what you earn.

  • Use it so you don’t lose it

DCFSA funds don’t roll over from year to year, so be sure to use them! You have until March 31 of the following year to submit eligible expenses — giving you extra time to make the most of your savings.

  • Get reimbursed quickly

Pay for care out of pocket, then submit a quick claim for reimbursement — it’s fast and simple.
