Michelle Burton, CNM

Michelle Burton, CNM, is a certified nurse midwife who specializes in providing labor support to mothers, postpartum care to both mothers and their babies, and basic lactation support. Prior to becoming a midwife, she practiced in labor and delivery for nine years. After graduating from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Women’s Studies, Michelle went on to earn a Master of Science in Nurse Midwifery from Frontier Nursing University in Versailles, Kentucky. She is a past recipient of the AdventHealth Nursing Excellence in Perinatal Nursing System award and is passionate about unmedicated labor support, promoting vaginal deliveries and decreasing C-section rates.
