Lindsay Kissane, MD, FACOG, has felt the call to help others for as long as she can remember. While Dr. Kissane was attending medical school, a close relative suffered a pelvic organ prolapse which inspired Dr. Kissane to specialize in urogynecology. Dr. Kissane now treats women in the Orlando area from adolescence through geriatrics.
Dr. Kissane graduated from Florida State University College of Medicine and completed her residency at NYU Winthrop Hospital in Mineola, NY. During her residency, she received numerous awards, including an elite teaching fellowship at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. As a board-certified and well-respected specialist in urogynecology, Dr. Kissane uses her association memberships and scholarly publications to enhance her peer's understanding of women's health.
Caring for others extends beyond Dr. Kissane's patients. She takes every opportunity to spend her off time with her husband, son and Oliver, their miniature dachshund. Being active outdoors and biking enables her whole family to relax and renew their spirits
